Self check-in for Airbnb & Booking

The door code arrives after the passport does.

You are legally obliged to record who sleeps in your property. Housegm turns that obligation into the thing that gates the lock: your guest photographs their ID on their phone, and the code you entered appears on the same screen.

Start with your first property.

Create an account, add your property, then connect Booking.com or Airbnb when you are ready.

How a stay begins

  1. 01

    You add the reservation

Dates, guest, and the PIN your lock is already programmed with. Housegm never invents a code — it isn't the thing that programs your door.

  2. 02

    Your guest photographs their ID

One link, opened on a phone, in their own language. The image is encrypted the moment it reaches the server.

  3. 03

    The code appears

Instantly, along with the address, Wi-Fi, and how to actually get in. If something looks wrong, you withdraw it in one tap.

What happens to the photo

An identity document is not ordinary data.

The consent screen your guest reads makes three specific promises. These are the mechanisms that keep them.

Encrypted at rest
Each document is sealed with a key bound to its own reservation. Storage alone reveals nothing.
Deleted on a clock
You set the retention period per property. A nightly job erases every image past it — no reminders, no housekeeping.
Audited on every view
Opening a guest's document writes a line to an append-only log. So does revoking a code.
